The management consultancy EGC EUROGROUP CONSULTING has taken a lease on around 700 m² of the Frankfurt NEXTOWER of MAB Development Germany. At the beginning of 2012 the management consultancy will move its headquarters into the 32nd floor of the state-of-the-art office tower.

Office tower on Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz receives highest award for sustainable building Frankfurt am Main, 5. October 2011. This afternoon the Frankfurt NEXTOWER of MAB Development Germany was awarded the DGNB Certificate in Gold. The “sustainable quality” of the office tower is guaranteed by an innovative form of construction. During the Expo Real exhibition Mike Neumann, Director Realisation of MAB Development Germany, received the certificate.

Jürgen D. Hege (48) took over the general management of PalaisQuartier Asset Management GmbH in Frankfurt on 1st July 2011. The focus of his responsibilities lies in Value Added and the operation of a portfolio of properties, one of which is the shopping centre MyZeil in Frankfurt.

At noon today the firms Kofler & Kompanie and MAB Development Deutschland issued an invitation to a press conference on the subject PRET A DINER ”THE TREE HOUSE“ in the Frankfurt NEXTOWER in the PalaisQuartier. From 8. September till 15. October 2011 the pop-up restaurant opens its doors at a height of 100 m with a view over the roofs of Frankfurt. Within the framework of the PRET A DINER pop-up world the 24th and 25th floors of the NEXTOWER will be transformed into a tree house from 8. September.

The international law firm Jones Day is taking a lease on around 2,800 m2 of office space in the office tower in Frankfurt’s PalaisQuartier. The building, formerly known as the “Tower on Thurn-and-Taxis Platz” will bear the name of NEXTOWER as of today.
